pillowman was absolutely fantastic

it was truly "a viciously funny psychological thriller" in every possible sense. the chilling murder stories made my hair stand on end, the sudden gunshots and outbursts of violence made me jump (literally) in my seat, the dark, morbid and unimaginably disturbing plot sent chills down my spine, and yet the amazing wit of veterans like Adrian Pang and Michael Corbidge made me laugh till my stomach hurt.

there's really nothing like black comedy. the fusion of laughter and fear causes nothing short of an emotional rollercoaster, and i'm nothing but proud to say I walked out of the theater with trembling legs, shaking hands and a violently-beating heart. Who gave a shit if it was 1150pm? I wasn't tired. I had the best 3-hour ride of my life, and till now, have not recovered from it.

you really have to go watch it for yourself. personally it's the best THING, let alone play I have ever watched in my entire life, so kudos to the writer, director and all of the amazing talented cast, that really blew our minds with their amazing talent. All in all I had a great night, and no deluded, offensive ACS guy who can't even think before saying something like "sorry all angmohs look alike" to the cast, WHILE asking an unbelievably heartless question about why Corbidge was speaking properly and not blabbering nonsense like the ACS guy "thought all retards did" is gonna change that.
