had a talk by Aaron Maniam today, on career prospects in the Humanities. fantastic really. loved how he took everything very casually, and gave us very honest opinions on the issues brought up, ranging from the relevance of Mathematics to what he thought of working in the government. haha. he's seriously every bit the perfect example of what people in the Humanities are all about. Eloquent, good-humoured, witty and inspirational.

really looking forward to when our parents are invited for the exact same talk by him. time to crush all those traditional stereotypes of people in the Humanities man. Whooooo.

oh and we got to try some of junyong's tiramisu today. it was really nice, even if i only had like one mouthful of it. haha. it's soooo much more meaningful than spending loads of money on flowers and nothing else. good job junyong. lol.

Random person: It looks like shit! (commenting on the soggy leftover bits of tiramisu)
